New Era Energy & Digital shares are trading higher after the company announced that Texas Critical Data Centers, its 50/50 joint venture with Sharon AI, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with GlobeLink Holdings to develop a 1,600-mile fiber optic network spanning the state of Texas.
