Sarepta Therapeutics, Lands' End, USA Rare Earth, CoreWeave And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Monday

U.S. stocks were higher, with the Dow Jones gaining over 100 points on Monday.

Shares of Sarepta Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:SRPT) rose sharply during Monday's session after the company released topline three-year functional results from Part 1-treated patients in the EMBARK (Study SRP-9001-301) Phase 3 study of Elevidys (delandistrogene moxeparvovec-rokl) in ambulatory individuals with Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

Three years after treatment, patients who received Elevidys in Part 1 of EMBARK demonstrated statistically significant, clinically meaningful, and durable efficacy across all key motor function measures, North Star Ambulatory Assessment (NSAA), Time to Rise (TTR), and 10-meter walk/run (10MWR), when compared to a pre-specified propensity-weighted untreated external control group.

Sarepta Therapeutics shares jumped 9.8% to $23.20 on Monday.

  • Rich Sparkle Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:ANPA) gained 22% to $64.66.
  • TRX Gold Corp (NYSE:TRX) gained 18% to $1.34. Shares of precious metals traded higher as investors seek safe-haven assets after President Trump recently announced he would impose a 100% tariff on Canada, and concerns about a partial government shutdown if a deal is not reached by Friday’s deadline.
  • Northern Dynasty Minerals Ltd (NYSE:NAK) rose 18% to $2.54. Shares of rare-earth mineral stocks traded higher amid sympathy with USA Rare Earth after the Trump administration acquired a 10% stake in the company.
  • GoldMining Inc (NYSE:GLDG) shares jumped 17.4% to $2.22. Shares of precious metals traded higher as investors seek safe-haven assets after President Trump recently announced he would impose a 100% tariff on Canada, and concerns about a partial government shutdown if a deal is not reached by Friday’s deadline.
  • Greenwich Lifesciences Inc (NASDAQ:GLSI) shares surged 14.4% to $29.15. The company last week announced the Food and Drug Administration approved the use of its first commercially manufactured GP2 lot for the FLAMINGO-01 Phase III clinical trial.
  • USA Rare Earth Inc (NASDAQ:USAR) shares climbed 14.3% to $28.31 after the company announced a non-binding letter of intent with the U.S. government for access to $1.6 billion in funding to accelerate the domestic rare earth value chain.
  • Zoom Communications Inc (NASDAQ:ZM) gained 10.5% to $94.83.
  • Almonty Industries Inc (NASDAQ:ALM) shares rose 10.2% to $12.24.
  • Cloudflare Inc (NYSE:NET) shares climbed 10.2% to $191.11 amid a broader market rally.
  • CoreWeave Inc (NASDAQ:CRWV) gained 9.5% to $101.88 after the company announced an expanded collaboration with Nvidia Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) to accelerate the buildout of more than 5 gigawatts of AI factories by 2030 to advance AI adoption at global scale.
