Alphabet, Amazon And 3 Stocks To Watch Heading Into Thursday
With U.S. stock futures trading mixed this morning on Thursday, some of the stocks that may grab investor focus today are as follows:
- Wall Street expects Bristol-Myers Squibb Co. (NYSE:BMY) to report quarterly earnings at $1.11 per share on revenue of $12.28 billion before the opening bell, according to data from Benzinga Pro. Bristol-Myers shares rose 0.2% to $57.73 in after-hours trading.
- Alphabet Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG) (NASDAQ:GOOGL) reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results Wednesday after market close. Alphabet reported fourth-quarter revenue of $113.83 billion. The revenue total beat a Street consensus estimate of $111.31 billion according to data from Benzinga Pro. The company reported fourth-quarter earnings per share of $2.82, beating a Street consensus estimate of $2.63. Alphabet shares fell 0.4% to $331.75 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts are expecting ConocoPhillips (NYSE:COP) to post quarterly earnings at $1.11 per share on revenue of $14.19 billion. The company will release earnings before the markets open. ConocoPhillips shares slipped 0.1% to $107.55 in after-hours trading.

- Workday Inc. (NASDAQ:WDAY) announced it will eliminate 2% in its workforce and expects $135 million in restructuring charges. Workday shares fell 2.4% to $166.00 in the after-hours trading session.
- Analysts expect Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN) to post quarterly earnings at $1.97 per share on revenue of $211.32 billion after the closing bell. Amazon shares gained 0.6% to $234.29 in after-hours trading.
