The Company has granted the underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,575,000 shares of common stock and/or warrants to purchase up to 1,575,000 shares of common stock for each series of warrants described above (or up to an aggregate of 4,725,000 shares of common stock), or any combination thereof, solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
