U.S. stock futures were lower this morning, with the Dow futures falling around 200 points on Friday.

Shares of Unusual Machines Inc (NYSE:UMAC) fell sharply in pre-market trading after the company announced a proposed public offering.

Drone parts manufacturer Unusual Machines said it commenced a public offering of common stock. The size and terms of the offering were not disclosed.

Unusual Machines shares dipped 7.5% to $17.21 in pre-market trading.

  • Super Micro Computer Inc (NASDAQ:SMCI) shares tumbled 20.3% to $24.55 in pre-market trading following an announcement from the U.S. Department of Justice that three individuals were charged in an alleged scheme to unlawfully export artificial intelligence technology to China. The individuals included the co-founder of the company, Yih-Shyan "Wally" Liaw, Ruei-Tsang "Steven" Chang, a sales manager in Taiwan and Ting-Wei "Willy" Sun, a contractor.
  • NuCana PLC (NASDAQ:NCNA) fell 11.1% to $1.52 in pre-market trading following fourth-quarter results.
  • Flowco Holdings Inc (NYSE:FLOC) declined 7.6% to $22.60 in pre-market trading as the company announced pricing of public offering by selling stockholders.
  • Navigator Holdings Ltd (NYSE:NVGS) shares dipped 6.1% to $18.00 in pre-market trading after the company commenced secondary offering of 70 million common stock on behalf of BW Group.
  • Swarmer Inc (NASDAQ:SWMR) fell 6.1% to $49.35 in pre-market trading after declining over 4% on Thursday.
  • Datavault AI Inc (NASDAQ:DVLT) fell 5.8% to $0.75 in pre-market trading. The company recently reported fourth-quarter financial results and announced signing of a definitive agreement to acquire NYIAX.
  • KNOT Offshore Partners LP (NYSE:KNOP) declined 5.7% to $9.65 in pre-market trading. KNOT Offshore Partners announced termination of discussions on proposed buyout offer from Knutsen NYK Offshore Tankers AS.
  • Natwest Group PLC – ADR (NYSE:NWG) fell 5.3% to $14.28 in pre-market trading.
  • Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ:KC) fell 5.3% to $13.83 in pre-market trading. Kingsoft Cloud will report fourth quarter and fiscal year 2025 financial results on March 25.
  • SAP SE (NYSE:SAP) fell 4.2% to $177.30 in pre-market trading.
  • XP Inc (NASDAQ:XP) fell 4.2% to $18.11 in pre-market trading.
