U.S. stocks were mixed, with the Nasdaq Composite falling around 100 points on Thursday.

Shares of Olaplex Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:OLPX) rose sharply during Thursday's session after the company agreed to be acquired by Henkel AG & Co. KGaA (OTC:HENKY) for $2.06 per share in cash, valuing the company at approximately $1.4 billion.

Olaplex Holdings shares jumped 51% to $2.01 on Thursday.

  • Kodiak Sciences Inc (NASDAQ:KOD) shares jumped 69.6% to $38.60 after the company announced topline results in the GLOW2 Phase 3 superiority study of Zenkuda for the treatment of patients with diabetic retinopathy.
  • Precigen Inc (NASDAQ:PGEN) surged 31.5% to $4.08 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly EPS results.
  • Navan Inc (NASDAQ:NAVN) gained 25.7% to $11.51 after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued first-quarter sales guidance above estimates.
  • One and one Green Technologies.INC (NASDAQ:YDDL) gained 19% to $12.25.
  • Voyager Acquisition Corp (NASDAQ:VACH) gained 17.5% to $14.00.
  • Swarmer Inc (NASDAQ:SWMR) rose 13.7% to $36.32.
  • MARA Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:MARA) gained 10.2% to $9.12. MARA Holdings announced $1.0 billion repurchase of 0.00% convertible senior notes due 2030 and 2031 and sale of 15,133 Bitcoin.
  • Nextdecade Corp (NASDAQ:NEXT) surged 9.3% to $8.02.
  • MeiraGTx Holdings PLC (NASDAQ:MGTX) gained 9.2% to $8.32 following upbeat quarterly results.
  • United Natural Foods Inc (NYSE:UNFI) surged 8.6% to $47.34. Wells Fargo analyst Edward Kelly upgraded United Natural Foods from Equal-Weight to Overweight and raised the price target from $40 to $56.
  • ARS Pharmaceuticals Inc (NASDAQ:SPRY) rose 7.5% to $8.50.
  • LSB Industries Inc (NYSE:LXU) gained 6.3% to $16.78.
