Transcat, Inc. (Nasdaq: TRNS) ("Transcat" or the "Company"), a leading provider of test measurement, control and calibration, today announced the acquisition of SCM Metrology and Laboratories S.A. ("SCM"), a privately-held calibration services provider based in Costa Rica. The transaction closed effective April 9, 2026.

The acquisition price of approximately $13 million was paid in cash and is subject to customary adjustments and holdback provisions.
