Little as Chief Executive Officer, replacing Robert Willette, effective immediately. Mr. Little will also join the Company's Board of Directors, effective immediately. enCore Founder and former Executive Chair, William M. Sheriff, has agreed to the Board's request for his immediate return as Executive Chair.
