Apollo (NYSE:APO) today announced that Apollo-managed funds ("Apollo Funds") have acquired a majority interest in Noble Environmental, Inc. ("Noble Environmental" or the "Company"), a vertically integrated waste management platform headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
