"Dan" Daniel as Independent Chairman of the Board, effective May 21, 2026. Mr. Daniel succeeds Stanley M. Bergman, who retired from the Board following 44 years as a Director of Henry Schein and was named Chairman Emeritus in recognition of his extraordinary contributions to the Company.
