Corsair Gaming, Inc. (NASDAQ:CRSR) is trending across social media platforms Thursday as retail investors discuss the stock following the company's announcement that its Elgato brand is bringing MCP support to Stream Deck, allowing AI assistants to execute actions on a user's system for the first time.

Stream Deck Expands Into AI Workflows

Corsair said the update opens the Stream Deck platform to AI assistants, starting with NVIDIA G-Assist. The company said AI tools and agentic workflows can now execute actions on a user's system through Stream Deck integrations.

"The combination of broad system control, a user-curated permission model, and a physical interface with visual feedback makes Stream Deck a genuinely unique input layer for agentic workflows," said CEO Thi La.

La added that the company believes Stream Deck can become "one of the most valuable action layers for AI on the market today" as Corsair expands the platform across additional peripherals.

Corsair said Stream Deck connects to hundreds of integrations across apps, automations, hardware, lighting and audio controls. Through MCP support, AI agents connected to Stream Deck can access those capabilities through a user-controlled permissions model.

The company also highlighted a new integration with NVIDIA Project G-Assist, NVIDIA's on-device AI assistant for GeForce RTX PCs. Corsair said the integration allows G-Assist to access Stream Deck actions and introduces voice control functionality for Stream Deck users.

"Project G-Assist helps gamers and creators get more from their PCs," said Gerardo Delgado, senior director of product management at NVIDIA. "Stream Deck expands that even further, giving G-Assist access to a whole new range of actions beyond system settings."

Corsair said Stream Deck MCP support, the NVIDIA Project G-Assist plugin and Aitum integration are available beginning Thursday.

Corsair has been seeing increased attention across social media platforms, specifically on Reddit’s r/wallstreetbets, where it currently has the most mentions over the past 24 hours by far. Some of the price action is likely attributable to retail enthusiasm surrounding the name.
