U.S. stocks rose today, with the Dow Jones index rising around 171 points on Friday.
Shares of Replimune Group Inc. (NASDAQ:REPL) rose sharply after the company reached an agreement with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to advance the resubmission process for its experimental advanced melanoma treatment.
The FDA had declined to approve vusolimogene oderparepvec, or RP1, in April, and asked for more data from a well-controlled clinical trial. Replimune plans to resubmit its application to the regulator for the third time in the coming days.
Replimune Group surged 70.9% to $8.00 on Friday.

- PagerDuty, Inc. (NYSE:PD) rose 21.8% to $9.06. RBC Capital analyst Matthew Hedberg raised PD's price target from $8.00 to $9.00 while maintaining a Sector Perform rating

- uniQure N.V. (NASDAQ:QURE) climbed 16.6% to $28.98.
- Nextracker Inc. (NASDAQ:NXT) advanced 16.3% to $159.50.
- Chagee Holdings Limited (NASDAQ:CHA) rose 16.1% to $11.80 after the company announced a $150 million share buyback program.
