Shares of nuclear and uranium companies are trading higher after Secretary of State Rubio said that Iran has agreed to negotiate parts of its nuclear program. Also, uranium processor Urenco plans on expanding the only commercial enrichment facility in the U.S. by almost 50% to strengthen the domestic nuclear fuel supply chain.
