Today, 3D Systems Corporation (NYSE:DDD) ("3D Systems") announced the pricing of its previously announced upsized underwritten public offering of 16,393,443 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $3.05 per share for total gross proceeds of approximately $50 million. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by 3D Systems. The offering is expected to close on June 5, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. In addition, 3D Systems has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,459,016 shares of common stock at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

Needham & Company and Craig-Hallum are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
