Sentinel Capital Partners, a private equity firm that invests in promising midmarket companies, today announced the sale of NSI Industries, a leading manufacturer and supplier of branded electrical products, to Hubbell Incorporated (NYSE:HUBB) for $3.0 billion. Sentinel acquired NSI in November 2024.
