Wells Fargo Upgrades Carter's to Equal-Weight, Raises Price Target to $42

Wells Fargo analyst Ike Boruchow upgrades Carter's (NYSE:CRI) from Underweight to Equal-Weight and raises the price target from $30 to $42.
