Forager Capital Management, the largest shareholder of Repay Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ:RPAY)(the "Company"), with beneficial ownership of approximately 13% of the issued and outstanding shares, delivered an updated proposal to the Company’s Board of Directors to acquire the Company for $5.25 per share in cash following recent discussions with the Company.
