DigitalOcean Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:DOCN), the AI-Native Cloud, purpose-built for inference and agentic workloads, today announced that it has been added to the Russell 1000 Index, moving up from the Russell 2000 Index, as part of the FTSE Russell semi-annual reconstitution of its U.S. indexes. The move was effective after the U.S. market opened on June 29, 2026.

The Russell 1000 Index represents approximately the largest 1,000 U.S. companies by market capitalization.
