(NYSE:PS) ("Pershing Square" or the "Company") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.122 per share of its common stock for the third quarter of 2026, payable on July 21, 2026 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 13, 2026.
