In aggregate, the Company's wholly owned subsidiaries, Sentinum, Inc. ("Sentinum") and Ault Capital Group, Inc. ("ACG"), held 1,032.4959 Bitcoin as of July 12, 2026. During the week ended July 12, 2026, ACG purchased approximately 130.000 Bitcoin in the open market.
