Avalon GloboCare Corp. (NASDAQ:ALBT) said Monday it is rebranding as Change Agents Corp. as it completes its transition into a pure-play agentic artificial intelligence software company.

Avalon GloboCare Rebrands As Change Agents

The company’s common stock will begin trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new ticker symbol CHGA on July 22, 2026. The name change, ticker change and existing CUSIP number will not affect shareholders’ ownership interests. Shareholders do not need to take any action.

The rebranding follows Avalon’s acquisition of RPM Interactive. It also reflects the company’s shift from a diversified technology business to a software-as-a-service (SaaS) company focused on agentic AI platforms for businesses and content creators.

AI Strategy And Leadership Vision

Michael Mathews, director of Change Agents Corp., recently discussed the company’s strategy in an investor interview. He also outlined the Beacon and Catch-Up platforms and the company’s long-term AI growth plans.

“Change Agents is more than a new name, it represents our vision for the future,” Mathews said. “We are building agentic AI software products designed to deliver material revenue increases for small businesses, brands, and content creators. As artificial intelligence transforms how businesses market, engage customers, and compete online, we believe our platforms are well positioned to help customers capitalize on this shift while creating sustainable, recurring revenue and long-term value for our shareholders.”

AI Product Pipeline

The company’s portfolio includes Beacon, an AI Generative Engine Optimization platform expected to launch in late third quarter 2026. The platform helps businesses improve their visibility across AI-powered search engines. It also monitors brand presence and boosts discoverability as more consumers turn to AI assistants instead of traditional search engines.

Catch-Up, the company’s second platform, is in Phase 2 development. The company is transforming it into an autonomous AI-powered content creation platform for podcasters and social media creators. It is developing the product with Caylent, an Amazon Web Services Premier Tier Services Partner.

Growth Opportunities Beyond Core Platforms

The company is also evaluating additional AI software opportunities in defense, military, security and other enterprise markets.

Legacy Product Business

In addition to its AI business, Change Agents distributes the KetoAir breathalyzer. The non-invasive device measures ketosis levels through a user’s breath. The product is sold in North America and is registered with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as a Class I medical device.

ALBT Price Action: Avalon Globocare shares were down 1.43% at $0.2821 during premarket trading on Tuesday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
