Shares of crypto-linked companies are trading higher as  Bitcoin rises in response to reports suggesting that President Trump agreed to the CLARITY Act's ethics language. Treasury Secretary Bessent said, "We're at the 1-yard line on the CLARITY Act in the Senate."
