Galaxy Digital Inc. (NASDAQ:GLXY) stock surged on Tuesday, driven by a sector-wide rebound in digital assets, artificial intelligence infrastructure equities, and corporate operational milestones.

Bitcoin (CRYPTO: BTC) gained 3.56% over 24 hours to trade at $66,643.46, bringing its market capitalization to $1.33 trillion with $31.08 billion in 24-hour trading volume. Simultaneously, major U.S. stock index futures advanced following Monday’s lower close. The Nasdaq is up 1.09% while the S&P 500 has gained 0.43%.

Macroeconomic, Geopolitical Factors

Market movements developed alongside macroeconomic and geopolitical events. On Monday, Yemen’s Houthis announced a naval blockade on Saudi Arabia, and U.S. forces executed strikes against Iranian military targets.

In bond markets, the 10-year Treasury yield held at 4.59%, while the two-year yield stood at 4.20%. CME Group’s FedWatch tool indicated an 83.4% probability that the Federal Reserve will keep interest rates unchanged at its July meeting.

On July 15, credit protocol Grove announced a $500 million warehouse lending facility with Galaxy. Grove acts as the warehouse lender providing USDS capital, while Galaxy originates and services senior secured institutional loans backed by Bitcoin and Ethereum (CRYPTO: ETH). Anchorage Digital and BitGo act as qualified custodians for the collateral.

Helios Data Center Phase Completion

On July 6, Galaxy reported the completion of Phase I power delivery at its Helios data center campus in West Texas, delivering 133 megawatts of critical IT load to CoreWeave under a 15-year agreement.

CoreWeave has committed to 526 megawatts of critical IT load across Phases I through III, which Galaxy expects to generate over $1 billion in average annual revenue.

Critical Levels To Watch For GLXY Stock

From a trend perspective, GLXY is still trying to repair a choppy intermediate setup: it’s trading 10.2% below its 50-day SMA ($28.59) and 6% below its 200-day SMA ($27.32), which keeps overhead supply in focus on rallies.

At the same time, the stock is essentially sitting on its shorter-term baselines—just 0.1% below the 20-day SMA ($25.71) and 0.3% below the 100-day SMA ($25.75)—so this bounce is happening right at a "decision zone."

RSI is the cleaner momentum read right now at 47.88, which signals neutral momentum rather than an overbought chase or an oversold snapback.

The moving-average structure is mixed: the 20-day SMA remains below the 50-day SMA (bearish near-term), but the golden cross from June (50-day SMA above the 200-day SMA) suggests the longer trend can still reassert if price can reclaim the bigger averages.
