China Pharma Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:CPHI) ("China Pharma" or the "Company"), a fully-integrated specialty pharmaceuticals company in China, today announced that, in view of the unusual market activity in the common stock of China Pharma on July 21, 2026, the NYSE American has contacted the Company in accordance with its usual practice. The Company stated that, while its policy generally is not to comment on unusual market activity, it issued this statement under Section 401(d) of the NYSE American Company Guide that it was not aware of any material corporate developments that would explain the recent market activity.
