Danaher Corporation (NYSE: DHR) ("Danaher" or "the Company") announced that the Company's Board of Directors has appointed Julie Sawyer Montgomery as President and Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2026. On that date, Rainer Blair will retire and serve as a senior advisor until March 31, 2027 to ensure a seamless transition.
