Altus Group Limited ("Altus Group" or "Altus") (TSX:AIF), a leading provider of commercial real estate ("CRE") intelligence, announced today that it has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Development Advisory business to an affiliate of Newmark Group, Inc. ("Newmark") (NASDAQ: NMRK), a leading commercial real estate advisor and service provider to large institutional investors, global corporations and other owners and occupiers. The transaction, which is expected to close on September 1, 2026, includes Altus’ Development Advisory operations in North American and Asia Pacific.
