Astera Labs Inc (NASDAQ:ALAB) on Tuesday reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results and issued third-quarter guidance above estimates.
Astera Labs reported quarterly adjusted earnings of 80 cents per share, which beat the Street’s 69 cent estimate, according to Benzinga Pro data. Quarterly revenue came in at $392.4 million, which beat the consensus estimate of $360.72 million.
"Astera Labs delivered outstanding Q2 2026 results, with record revenue of $392.4 million, up 27% sequentially and 104% year-over-year, driven by broad-based strength across our portfolio, including record quarterly revenue for our Aries product line," said Jitendra Mohan, Astera Labs’ CEO.
Astera Labs said it seed third-quarter adjusted EPS of $1.16-$1.21, versus market estimates of 81 cents. The company sees sales of $540.000 million-$560.000 million, versus expectations of $416.526 million.
Astera Labs shares fell 1.8% to $355.00 in pre-market trading.
These analysts made changes to their price targets on Astera Labs following earnings announcement.
- Jefferies analyst Blayne Curtis maintained the stock with a Buy and raised the price target from $270 to $450.
- Needham analyst N. Quinn Bolton maintained the stock with a Buy and raised the price target from $260 to $425.
