Mangoceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ: MGRX) ("Mangoceuticals" or the "Company") today announced that its merger partner’s wholly owned subsidiary, Nuclea Energy USA Inc. ("Nuclea USA"), has signed a memorandum of understanding (the "MOU") with the State of Utah Office of Energy Development ("OED") to explore the siting of a nuclear test reactor at the Utah San Rafael Energy Lab ("USREL") to advance the deployment of the Morpheus microreactor.
