Tutor Perini Corporation (the "Company") (NYSE: TPC), a leading civil, building and specialty construction company, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a $0.09 per share quarterly cash dividend, an increase of 50% compared to the previous dividend of $0.06 per share. The dividend will be payable on September 3, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 19, 2026.
