Trump Media and Technology Group Corp. (NASDAQ:DJT)  said more than 10 customers are now paying for faster access to Truth Social posts, as scrutiny widens over the service’s ability to give traders an early look at potentially market-moving posts from President Donald Trump.

‘Criticism is Misinformed’

Trump Media said during its second-quarter earnings call on Monday that it has signed more than 10 customer agreements between $60,000 and $100,000 a month for licensed access to publicly available Truth Social posts.

The company said Truth API delivers machine-readable feeds of posts from top Truth Social accounts in milliseconds, allowing customers to receive published posts "fractionally faster" than other users.

Trump Media Interim CEO Kevin McGurn defended the service during the call after criticism that the arrangement could give some traders an unfair advantage.

"The criticism is misinformed is the first thing I would say," McGurn said, adding that "providing licensed real-time public data through commercial APIs is a well-established business practice" across technology, financial information and media.

Market Intergrity Concerns

On Monday, Economist Peter Schiff criticized the service, saying selling faster access to potentially market-moving presidential posts is different from standard data licensing because Trump owns the company providing the access.

Trump’s Truth Social account has roughly 13 million followers, and his posts have frequently attracted attention from financial markets.

The service has also drawn scrutiny from lawmakers, including Sens. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), who have called for SEC scrutiny of whether the arrangement could affect market integrity.

Trump Media Reports $238 Million Loss

Trump Media reported a second-quarter net loss of more than $238 million, with the company saying the "vast bulk" of the loss was tied to unrealized losses on its digital assets.

Revenue rose 89% year over year to $1.7 million from $0.9 million in the second quarter of 2025.

Price Action: Trump Media closed 8.03% lower at $9.39 on Monday, while it fell further 0.53% in early pre-market hours on Tuesday.

Benzinga edge rankings indicate Trump Media stock has a Momentum score in the 8th percentile and a positive price trend across the short and medium term. In the long term, it has a negative price trend.
