U.S. stocks were higher, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining around 100 points on Wednesday.

Shares of Nebius Group NV (NASDAQ:NBIS) rose sharply after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results.

Nebius Group reported quarterly losses of 12 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of losses of 62 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $582.300 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $572.747 million.

Nebius Group shares jumped 17.5% to $226.96 on Wednesday.
