Boost Run Inc. (NASDAQ:BRUN) shares are up during Friday’s premarket session trading higher by almost 16% following the company’s announcement of first earnings as a public company.
The company also finalized a long-term lease with 10X Infrastructure Partners for GPU infrastructure across multiple sites.
GPU Infrastructure Deal
The initial agreement covers 20 MW of capacity at an existing site, expected to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2026.
Boost Run plans to expand capacity to 111 MW across two additional sites during 2027.
The fully energized existing facility should enable faster GPU deployment than a new greenfield build and help meet growing demand for high-performance computing.
Earnings Snapshot
For the three months ended June 30, 2026, Boost Run reported total revenue of $31.1 million, up 270% year over year.
Total long-term contracted revenue (TCV) reached $1.9 billion, with more than $1 billion in new contracts signed during the second quarter.
The company ended the quarter with $120.2 million in unrestricted cash.
For fiscal 2026, Boost Run expects to exit the year with approximately $400 million in annualized recurring revenue (ARR). The company also targets a sustainable net cash flow margin of 15%-20% in future periods.
It currently operates six U.S. data centers, with three more expected to come online within six months.
The company added 125 MW of power through expanded data center partnerships, bringing total accessible capacity to 253 MW.
Boost Run has fully allocated its $1.44 billion Dell purchase agreement and is pursuing an additional $4-$5 billion in compute hardware from multiple OEMs. It also entered into 34 new GPU server finance leases during the first half of 2026.
