U.S. stocks were lower, with the Nasdaq Composite falling over 300 points on Tuesday.
Shares of Duos Technologies Group Inc (NASDAQ:DUOT) rose sharply as the company reported better-than-expected second-quarter financial results.
Duos Technologies reported quarterly earnings of $1.37 per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 66 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $6.175 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $4.900 million.
Duos Technologies Group shares jumped 21.5% to $12.48 on Tuesday.

- Targa Resources Corp (NYSE:TRGP) shares rose 6.4% to $295.97 after the company announced new 20-year agreements for gathering, processing and downstream services to support ExxonMobil’s development of its Permian Basin acreage.
- Duolingo Inc (NASDAQ:DUOL) shares gained 5.4% to $137.15 after DA Davidson upgraded the stock from Neutral to Buy rating and raised its price target on the stock from $130 to $160.
