AIxC Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:AIXC) on Tuesday announced a strategic shift away from its Digital Asset Treasury strategy, moving to orderly liquidate its digital asset positions and refocus its resources entirely on robotics commercialization and operations.

AIxCrypto is a technology company focused on the commercial deployment of physical AI.

Strategic Pivot To Commercial Robotics

The company intends to build a comprehensive ecosystem that expands real-world access to robotics while creating ongoing revenue opportunities throughout the operational lifecycle of each machine.

This operational transition coincides with a commercial milestone for RoboShare, the company’s online marketplace for robot sharing and rental.

On August 15, RoboShare fulfilled its first paid commercial order, marking its official transition from development into revenue generation.

Los Angeles serves as the initial launch market for RoboShare’s broader ten-city expansion initiative.

Deployment Details And Creator Partnerships

The initial deployment took place at a live event in Malibu, featuring six total units across three product categories: one Master humanoid performing on stage, four Aegis Pro quadrupeds for display, and one Navi compact robot dog for guest interaction.

The order was placed by entertainer DU$TY, founder and chief executive officer of MEOK, who maintains a social audience of over 7.1 million Instagram followers.

AIxC plans to replicate similar partnerships with event operators, venues, and content creators to establish consistent demand.

Financial Model And Market Expansion

By offering rental and sharing options, RoboShare lowers the upfront financial barrier to adoption for commercial clients.

Beyond transaction and service fees, the business model includes long-term revenue pathways such as rent-to-own agreements, resale opportunities, and potential purchase conversions.

AIXC Price Action: AIxCrypto Hldgs shares were up 244.97% at $2.45 at the time of publication on Tuesday, according to Benzinga Pro data.
