Jana Partners Buys Everpure Stock

Everpure (NYSE:P) was added to the investment portfolio of Jana Partners in the second quarter, a fund known for activism and pushing for changes at companies.

Jana Partners bought 989,196 shares in the second quarter. The purchase made Everpure the ninth-largest stock held of 10 current positions as of the end of the quarter.

While it’s not a large stake, the starting position is something to watch from an investment firm known for its activism.

The company is among the growing data center plays that will continue to benefit from the growth of data centers and increased AI needs going forward.

Investors are taking notice. The stock is up 75% year-to-date in 2026, with it hitting new all-time highs again on Tuesday.

The good news for Jana Partners is it got a profitable entry point on the stock.

Everpure stock traded between $58.91 and $93.92 in the second quarter. Based on these prices, Jana Partners is up 24.7% to 98.8%, depending on entry time and price.
