The Company believes that these orders reflect customers’ recognition of ZJK’s R&D capabilities, manufacturing quality and delivery reliability in AI infrastructure components, and are expected to further strengthen the business cooperation with these customers within the AI server hardware industry. ZJK is rapidly expanding its production capacity for the relevant products to address customer demand. The Company has commenced deliveries under the purchase orders, which are currently proceeding in accordance with the applicable delivery schedules.

With the continuous iteration of large language models, the power consumption of next-generation AI chips has exceeded the kilowatt level, and liquid cooling has evolved from an optional solution in data centers to a standard requirement for high-density AI computing infrastructure. Against this backdrop, the global AI liquid cooling market is expected to continue expanding rapidly in the years ahead, which the Company believes will drive demand for liquid cooling quick connectors and other high-value precision metal structural components.
