Tenon Medical, Inc. (NASDAQ:TNON) ("Tenon" or the "Company"), a medical device company dedicated to transforming care for patients with certain sacro-pelvic disorders, today announced that it has received notice from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") confirming that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) (the "Bid Price Rule").

On February 25, 2026, the Company received a letter from the Listing Qualifications staff of Nasdaq (the "Staff") notifying it that, for the prior 30 consecutive business days, the closing bid price of the Company's common stock had been below the $1.00 per share minimum required under the Bid Price Rule.

Following the Company's previously announced 1-for-35 reverse stock split, effective August 10, 2026, the closing bid price of the Company's common stock was $1.00 per share or greater for each of the 10 consecutive business days from August 10, 2026 through August 21, 2026. On August 24, 2026, the Staff notified the Company in writing that the Company has regained compliance with the Bid Price Rule and that this matter is now closed.
