Bloom Energy Corporation (NYSE:BE) shares rose in Tuesday trading as investors digested fresh Pelosi-linked trading disclosures tied to the fuel-cell company.

The filing details include 200 call options with a $100 strike expiring on June 17, 2027, along with 15,000 shares purchased on July 24 and July 28.

Pelosi-Linked Bloom Energy Trades Draw Attention

The disclosure included Bloom Energy call options with a $100 strike price expiring June 17, 2027.

The transactions took place on July 24 and July 28. Combined Bloom Energy and Intel Corp. (NASDAQ:INTC) purchases were valued between $3.75 million and $13.5 million.

Public records dated Aug. 21 also showed a Bloom Energy purchase disclosure valued between $4.25 million and $14.5 million for the July 24 transaction.

Bloom Energy Tests Near-Term Support As Momentum Remains Soft

Bloom Energy remains about 11% below its 50-day SMA of $241.33 and 12% below its 100-day SMA of $243.89, showing that the intermediate-term trend has yet to recover.

The longer-term picture remains stronger. Shares are about 14.8% above the 200-day SMA of $186.95 despite pulling back from their June peak.

Momentum remains soft, with MACD below its signal line and the histogram in negative territory.

On the upside, Bloom Energy would need to reclaim its 50-day and 100-day averages before testing resistance near $253.50.

October Earnings And Analyst Targets In Focus

Bloom Energy’s next estimated earnings report is scheduled for Oct. 27, 2026.

Analysts expect EPS of 64 cents, up from 15 cents a year earlier. Revenue is projected at $1.07 billion, compared with $519.05 million in the prior-year period.

The stock trades at a price-to-earnings ratio of 265 times.

Bloom Energy carries a Hold consensus rating with an average price target of $200 across 22 analysts. The range spans from $176 to $350.

Jefferies maintained a Hold rating and raised its price target to $229 on Aug. 14. Wells Fargo maintained an Equal-Weight rating and lowered its target to $176 on July 30.

Mizuho upgraded Bloom Energy to Outperform while lowering its target to $242 on July 30.

ETF Exposure Adds Another Trading Factor

Bloom Energy represents a 9.92% weighting in the Corgi Battery Energy Storage Systems ETF (NASDAQ:WATS).

It also carries an 8.47% weighting in the First Trust NASDAQ Clean Edge Green Energy Index Fund (NASDAQ:QCLN) and an 8.04% weighting in the NestYield Dynamic Income ETF (NYSE:EGGY).

Large inflows or outflows from those funds could translate into corresponding buying or selling activity in Bloom Energy shares.
