Today, Renasant Corporation (the "Company") announced that Catherine Mealor will join the Company as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Jim Mabry, who has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer since August 2020, will step down from the Chief Financial Officer role at the end of 2026, and transition into retirement in early 2027. Mealor will officially join the Company on October 5, 2026, and assume the role of Chief Financial Officer on January 1, 2027.
