Biohaven shares are trading higher after the company announced that the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware ruled in its favor in the case against Avilar Therapeutics. Biohaven announced a collaboration agreement under which SK Biopharmaceuticals will obtain an exclusive worldwide license to the company's Kv7 ion channel platform.
