Q2 Revenue Surges 56% As Margins Near Breakeven
Friday’s stock rally is driven by second-quarter financial metrics that showed accelerated top-line growth and operational momentum. Second-quarter revenue increased 56% year-over-year to $22.4 million, up from $14.3 million in second-quarter 2025, supported by solid advertising performance across its core mobile gaming ecosystem.
Gross loss narrowed by 97% to approximately $11,000, down from roughly $397,000 in the prior-year period, bringing gross margin to near-breakeven levels as top-line growth outpaced underlying service costs.
Cash Generation And Strategic Pivot To AI Infrastructure
On the balance sheet front, net cash provided by operating activities reached $5.4 million for the first six months of 2026, helping build total cash and cash equivalents to $12 million as of June 30.
In addition to financial progress in its core advertising and gaming operations, market sentiment is supported by Core AI’s strategic expansion into high-performance computing and artificial intelligence infrastructure.
During the first half of 2026, the company entered into four joint venture agreements aimed at developing and operating AI data centers to support long-term business diversification.
