Pathway Toward Nameplate Capacity: Current operations demonstrate progress toward the facility's permitted nameplate production capacity of up to 38 million gallons per year.

Major Q4 Catalyst: Sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) blending component production is currently targeted to begin in Q4 2026.

HOUSTON, TX / ACCESS Newswire / September 1, 2026 / XCF Global Inc. ("XCF") (NASDAQ:SAFX), a scaling U.S.-based producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel ("SAF"), today announced another milestone in the Company's transition from development-stage operations to active, revenue-generating commercial production.

The Company's flagship New Rise Renewables Reno facility has produced 886,400 gallons of renewable diesel to date. This production milestone supports two potential revenue streams: direct physical fuel sales and Renewable Identification Numbers (RINs) generated under the U.S. Renewable Fuel Standard. XCF has monetized 550,000 D4 RINs at $2.27 per RIN, representing approximately $1.25 million in value, with settlement expected to conclude on September 2, 2026.

Production at New Rise Reno began in early July 2026, marking the facility's transition from commissioning activities to active fuel production. Customer shipments began in early August, and the facility is currently fulfilling orders at approximately 55,000 gallons per day. At nameplate capacity, New Rise Reno is designed to produce approximately 90,000 gallons per day, representing up to 38 million gallons per year of permitted production capacity, subject to production volumes, logistics, customer demand, market conditions and other factors.

The renewable diesel produced to date has also generated more than 1.5 million D4 RINs under the U.S. Renewable Fuel Standard, creating a potential value stream in addition to physical fuel sales. The $2.27 per RIN transaction price reflects the actual monetization transaction rather than an estimated market value and remains subject to final settlement, timing of transfer, transaction costs, regulatory requirements and other adjustments.

XCF expects New Rise Reno to begin producing synthetic blending component for use in sustainable aviation fuel in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to operations, market conditions, regulatory requirements, customer demand and other factors.
