NWPX Infrastructure, Inc. (NASDAQ:NWPX), a leading manufacturer of water-related infrastructure products, today announced the acquisition of Serpentix Conveyor, LLC ("Serpentix"), a manufacturer of engineered conveyor systems used primarily in municipal wastewater treatment plants and industrial manufacturing facilities. The transaction closed on September 2, 2026, and is expected to be immediately accretive to earnings.
