Salesforce, Inc. (NYSE:CRM) along with NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA) launched Koa, on Tuesday. This is the first CRM reasoning model for Agentforce, built on NVIDIA Nemotron.
Developed through a joint technical effort, Koa is designed to handle complex, multistep workflows and select the appropriate tools to complete tasks.
Salesforce created Koa by post-training NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Super using a proprietary synthetic dataset based on nearly three decades of CRM experience.
On Salesforce’s CRM benchmark, which covers real-world tasks such as updating opportunities, routing cases and scheduling follow-ups, Koa matches or outperforms leading models on CRM actions while producing three times fewer errors.
Salesforce retains control of the model weights and conducts post-training and inference within its own trust boundary, offering customers a specialized Salesforce-hosted model for Agentforce.
CRM Technical Outlook: Trend Strength And Key Levels
From a longer-term trend view, CRM is still in a strong uptrend: it’s trading 8.4% above its 20-day SMA ($237.11) and 27.6% above its 200-day SMA ($201.38), keeping the "trend is up" argument intact despite a softer tape.
Momentum is the near-term question mark: MACD is below its signal line and the histogram is negative, which typically means upside pressure is cooling versus the prior upswing unless buyers can re-accelerate the move.
The golden cross that formed in September (50-day SMA above the 200-day SMA) remains a constructive backdrop, but with the stock sitting near the top of its 52-week range ($146.32 low to $269.11 high), traders often watch for either a clean breakout attempt or a pullback that holds higher support.
- Key Resistance: $268.50 — near the upper end of the recent range and just below the 52-week high zone, where rallies can stall
- Key Support: $252.00 — a nearby pivot area that sits just under the current price and can act as the first "line in the sand" on a pullback

How Salesforce Ranks On Momentum, Value And Growth
Below is the Benzinga Edge scorecard for Salesforce, highlighting its strengths and weaknesses compared to the broader market:
- Momentum: Bullish (Score: 90.12) — The stock is showing strong relative strength, consistent with its position above key moving averages.
- Quality: Weak (Score: 27.09) — The score suggests the market is less impressed with profitability/financial quality factors versus top-tier peers.
- Value: Weak (Score: 18.64) — Shares screen as expensive on value metrics, so the chart often needs to "stay right" to justify the premium.
- Growth: Weak (Score: 10.19) — Growth factors are not scoring well in the model right now, which can raise the bar for future execution.
The Verdict: Salesforce’s Benzinga Edge signal reveals a momentum-driven story with the trend still doing most of the work. The trade-off is weak Value/Growth/Quality scores, which can make pullbacks sharper if momentum fades and the stock can’t hold nearby support.
