Nebius Group NV (NASDAQ:NBIS) shares are climbing Wednesday in what appears to be a technical bounce as the stock builds on last week’s news of a strategic partnership with Palantir.

Nebius’s Chart Shows a Stock Reclaiming Key Averages

Nebius has climbed back above its 50-day and 100-day averages and is now testing its 20-day mark around $221. A break above that level would open the door toward $230, while a rejection there would likely send shares back to retest support.

The broader trend still favors bulls, with the 20-day above the 50-day and both above the 200-day, while RSI at 49.27 suggests the stock is not overheated. Buyers have defended the low-$200s recently, and sector strength is helping too, with Technology leading all groups today and Nebius outperforming.

Palantir Partnership Remains a Key Backdrop

Adding to the bullish setup is last week’s news that Palantir Technologies Inc (NASDAQ:PLTR) named Nebius its preferred provider for sovereign AI infrastructure, eventually letting qualifying Palantir customers run and fine-tune open-source models on Nebius hardware while keeping control of their own data.

Palantir CEO Alex Karp said the arrangement gives customers a way to run their own AI systems on their own terms, while Nebius CEO Arkady Volozh said it lets clients work with fine-tuned open models on infrastructure they can trust.

Nebius’s Growth Story Remains Striking, Even With Heavy Spending

Wall Street forecasts roughly $910 million in revenue when Nebius reports earnings for the current quarter, up from just $146 million a year prior, a sixfold jump that comes with a wider expected loss of $1.28 per share versus 40 cents previously. That mix of growth and cash burn has left analysts split: Truist’s bullish $355 target sits nearly $100 above DA Davidson’s $250 target, and the overall consensus of $261.75 still sits above current levels.

Much of the bullish case might be traced back to a multiyear, $17 billion revenue agreement Microsoft signed with Nebius in September 2025, evidence that the company’s growth rests on already-locked-in business rather than speculation alone.

NBIS Shares Jump Wednesday

NBIS Price Action: Nebius shares were up 5.35% at $218.47 at the time of publication on Wednesday, according to Benzinga Pro.
