Multi-Rack NVIDIA Vera Rubin Cluster Online
In other news, CoreWeave said Wednesday it brought a multi-rack NVIDIA Vera Rubin NVL72 cluster online on CoreWeave Cloud, connecting hundreds of Rubin GPUs for agentic AI workloads.
Each Vera Rubin NVL72 rack combines 72 Rubin GPUs with 36 Vera CPUs. CoreWeave connects multiple racks using NVIDIA Spectrum-X Ethernet networking. The setup supports larger AI models, demanding inference workloads and reinforcement learning at scale.
“CoreWeave was the first AI cloud provider to validate and bring up a Vera Rubin NVL72,” said Chen Goldberg, executive vice president of product and engineering.

CoreWeave Technical Analysis
The stock remains below several key moving averages despite Wednesday’s rally.
It is trading 3.9% below its 20-day simple moving average of $87.20. CoreWeave is also 2% below its 50-day SMA of $85.45.
Longer-term indicators remain weaker. CRWV is 13.1% below its 100-day SMA of $96.38 and 9% below its 200-day SMA of $92.02.
The relative strength index stands at 46.14. That is a neutral reading and suggests the stock is neither overbought nor oversold.
The moving-average setup is mixed. The 20-day SMA remains above the 50-day SMA, offering a near-term bullish signal. However, a death cross formed in July when the 50-day SMA fell below the 200-day SMA.
Bulls will likely watch the $85 to $87 area. A sustained move above that range could improve the near-term technical picture.
Resistance sits near $94.50, close to a broader zone of overhead resistance. Support is near $79. A break below that level could shift attention toward the July lows.
Analyst Outlook
The stock carries a Buy consensus rating with an average price forecast of $145.44 across 49 analysts. Forecasts range from $74 to $250.
Recent analyst actions include Truist Securities maintaining a Buy rating and raising its price forecast to $165 on Aug. 24. Goldman Sachs maintained a Neutral rating and raised its forecast to $139 on Aug. 21. Citigroup maintained a Buy rating and raised its price forecast to $159 on Aug. 14.
CoreWeave Benzinga Edge Rankings
CRWV has a weak Momentum score of 8.32 on the Benzinga Edge scorecard.
The low score suggests CoreWeave’s broader price trend has lagged despite Wednesday’s rebound.
The technical picture remains mixed. Shares are gaining ground, but CRWV remains below several important moving averages. A sustained move above those levels would strengthen the near-term setup.
