U.S. stocks were higher, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining over 1% on Monday.

Shares of Critical Metals Corp (NASDAQ:CRML) rose sharply during Monday’s session after President Donald Trump announced a U.S.-Denmark agreement that would give the United States permanent control over Greenland’s security, putting the Arctic island’s strategic mineral resources back in focus.

Critical Metals shares jumped 38.3% to $9.30 on Monday.

  • Priority Technology Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:PRTH) gained 33.6% to $7.79 after the company announced an all-cash take-private deal.
  • New Era Energy & Digital Inc (NASDAQ:NUAI) rose 25.5% to $7.36 after the company announced a 20-year, 200-207 MW power purchase agreement with Vistra’s Luminant for Texas Data Center Phase 1.
  • Grail Inc (NASDAQ:GRAL) gained 20.4% to $97.20.
  • Vista Gold Corp (NYSE:VGZ) rose 18.4% to $2.67. Artemis Gold agreed to acquire Vista Gold.
  • AXT Inc (NASDAQ:AXTI) gained 9.9% to $76.99.
  • Intel Corp (NASDAQ:INTC) surged 9.2% to $118.62 as chip stocks gained alongside the broader market.
  • Moderna Inc (NASDAQ:MRNA) gained 8.9% to $167.71.
  • Strategy Inc (NASDAQ:MSTR) gained 8.8% to $167.43 alongside Bitcoin, which is trading around 6% higher.
  • Advanced Micro Devices Inc (NASDAQ:AMD) rose 8.5% to $607.84 as investors returned to growth stocks.
  • Arm Holdings PLC – ADR (NASDAQ:ARM) surged 8.4% to $298.75.
  • Maxlinear Inc (NASDAQ:MXL) rose 8.1% to $87.68.
  • Twenty One Capital Inc (NYSE:XXI) gained 7.4% to $6.26.
  • Meta Platforms Inc (NASDAQ:META) rose 6.8% to $710.84. Wells Fargo analyst Ken Gawrelski maintained Meta with an Overweight rating and raised the price target from $640 to $796.
