Willis Towers Watson Plc (NASDAQ:WTW), a global risk and advisory firm, expanded its relationship with Zurich Insurance Company Limited (OTC:ZURVY) through a global agreement to deploy its Radar pricing and analytics platform across Zurich’s target Retail markets worldwide.

WTW shares rose in Monday’s premarket session following the announcement. Financial terms of the expanded agreement were not disclosed.

WTW Expands Radar Partnership With Zurich

The rollout extends Radar beyond the country-level markets where Zurich already uses the technology across primary Retail insurance lines.

Zurich selected Radar following a competitive evaluation process and plans to use the platform to improve pricing sophistication and risk selection while scaling through centralized technology infrastructure.

Radar combines pricing, underwriting and claims capabilities in one platform, with real-time analytics, AI-driven tools and portfolio management capabilities supporting risk assessment and decision-making.

For investors, the agreement highlights WTW’s technology offering within its broader advisory model. Wider Radar adoption can deepen client relationships by embedding WTW’s technology into day-to-day pricing and risk decisions.

Zurich Group Head of Retail Transformation Soledad Mune said, "Improved pricing sophistication and risk selection are critical to long-term profitability in retail."

WTW Managing Director Georgy Matov said the expanded collaboration will help Zurich strengthen pricing and risk management through monitoring, analytics, decision-making and deployment capabilities.
