(NASDAQ:BNAI) ("BEN" or the "Company"), an enterprise AI software company, today announced that it has entered into a securities purchase agreement for a $1,051,025 private placement of common stock priced at $8.50 per share. The purchase price represents more than a 20% premium to the Company's September 21, 2026 closing price of $7.07.
