U.S. stocks were lower, with the Nasdaq Composite falling over 150 points on Thursday.
Shares of Everpure, Inc. (NYSE:P) rose sharply after the data storage company outlined a broader growth strategy and issued a preliminary fiscal 2028 outlook at its 2026 Financial Analyst Meeting.
The company also reaffirmed its fiscal 2027 outlook as it expands beyond its core storage business into artificial intelligence, data software and hyperscale markets.
Everpure shares jumped 14% to $125.65 on Thursday.

- Securitize Corp (NYSE:SECZ) rose 11.8% to $16.03.
- Lufax Holding Ltd – ADR (NYSE:LU) gained 10.6% to $1.36.
- Chaince Digital Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:CD) surged 10% to $4.71. Chaince Digital repurchased and cancelled warrants for $2.0 million in cash.
- Fervo Energy Co (NASDAQ:FRVO) rose 9.8% to $17.96 after the company announced that Cape Station achieved First Power.
- Arcturus Therapeutics Holdings Inc (NASDAQ:ARCT) gained 7.8% to $14.34. Arcturus Therapeutics reported interim Phase 2 results from ARCT-810 in OTC deficiency and introduced LUNAR 2.0. The company also announced plans to acquire myNEO.
- Quantum Corp (NASDAQ:QMCO) gained 7.7% to $27.98.
- Gran Tierra Energy Inc (NYSE:GTE) rose 5.7% to $10.54.
- Ginkgo Bioworks Holdings Inc (NYSE:DNA) gained 5.7% to $9.07.
- Charles River Laboratories Intrtnl, Inc. (NYSE:CRL) gained 5.6% to $292.82. Charles River Laboratories International reiterated FY26 revenue and non-GAAP earnings outlook. The company expects FY30 organic revenue growth in range of 5% to 7%.
- Bally’s Corp (NYSE:BALY) rose 4.6% to $12.77.
